General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs - Ankara Main Data Center Installation

The main Data Center was installed in the Personalisation Centre in Ankara within the scope of General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs’ the Republic of Turkey ID Card Project. The Data Center delivered with all its components which is one of the largest in Turkey, a 600 m2. All surfaces of the Data Center, which was installed compliant with Tempest NATO Zone 2 protection standards, were coated with aluminium, grounded and protected against wireless data theft. All cables, pipes, ducts and similar elements that can transmit data signals out of the Data Center have been protected by passing through special filters. Raised flooring, metal ducts, PVC ducts, electrical panels, precision-controlled air conditioners, fire alarm systems, FM200 fire extinguishing systems, camera security systems, 1,648 ends of UTP/FTP cabling infrastructure, 1,392 ends of fibre optic cabling and related test run were carried out within the scope of the project.

General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs - Konya Data Center Installation

A backup of the Data Center of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs established in Ankara, which will work in active/active structure, has been established in Konya Business Continuity Centre. Konya Data Center, which was designed with the same specifications as the Data Center established in Ankara, has an area of 400 m2 and together with all other components, 800 ends of UTP/FTP cabling infrastructure, 480 ends of fibre optic cabling and test run were carried out.

District Civil Registration Offices Infrastructure Renewal Work

The infrastructure renewal works of 1,000 District Civil Registration Directorates in Turkey were carried out by our company. In this context; UTP cabling infrastructure was renewed in all locations and upgraded to FTP Cat6 standard. Renewal of UPS and Energy cabling, installation of 2,100 computer terminals, distribution, installation and commissioning of the same number of printers, scanners, biometric readers, mobile registration terminals, installation of queue management systems in 150 districts, installation of 42’ industrial LCD screens at 400 points, furnishing includes nearly 8,000 tables, chairs and guest chairs

The installation of infrastructure and hardware was carried out by our company in Kocaeli region, within the scope of the Fatih Project, which aims to usage of Interactive Boards and Tablets in the schools across Turkey. Laying of metal and PVC ducts, laying of Fibre and UTP cabling, installation of cabinets, test run, installation of Data Centers, UPS and mains power lines and grounding have been carried out and the acceptance of the project have been completed.

Recai Engin Military Base, which is one of the largest military facilities within Turkey, was equipped with a camera security system using fibre optic infrastructure and total of 15 monitoring points was established. In addition to the monitoring system, campus entrance control systems, barrier protection system, 8-ton steel gate, under-vehicle monitoring system, x-ray system, road-blocker system, personnel attendance tracking, and control systems were also installed, and warranty services were completed.

The project for the installation of the Safe City – Camera Network of Ceyhan District, which was tendered by the Adana Governorship, was carried out by Lettra Teknoloji on a turnkey basis. The entire system was established with fibre technology, the connections from the monitoring points to the centre were provided with a total of 25 kilometres of fibre infrastructure. 43 Fixed, 13 Mobile, 5 Vandal Cameras, Number Plate Recognition System, Monitoring Centre Installation services were carried out throughout the district and 3-year warranty/maintenance services of the project were successfully completed.
